The top of the front door is level with my chin. I reckon that the place is around 200 years old, the walls are two and a half foot thick; it took a lot of test drills before we identified a part of the wall that would hold the telly! The plumber called today and fitted a new thermostat so we have heat as well.

It's small but it's as cosy as fuck.
