I get a bacteria and virus testing kit out for any food that might be off and when the results come back from the lab, then I'll know whether to eat it or not.

But seriously. Most things can be re-heated within a day or two, but be wary of rice, fish and especially shellfish if they might have passed their re-heat or sell by date.

I only found out a few years ago about rice being potentially dodgy when reheating.

Budget, live at 15.30. Be interesting to see what's in it for the NHS. Reports say massive injection of cash for mental health, which is desperately needed. Also, social care should be on the agenda.
