I have just given up on a book and I dont do that very often. It was The Cedar Cage by Robert Greenwood. I just could NOT get in to it.
I have started on an Angela Marsons book. So far so good.

Jane Harper - Force of Nature. Follow up to The Dry
Michael Robotham - The Secrets She Keeps. Very good writer
And
Joy Ellis - Crime on the Fens. Not read her before but she's had good reviews and there are a few books in the series.

The One
The Good Samaritan
enjoyed both immensely
just started When You Disappeared
they stand alone so no need to read them in publication date order

God I was disappointed. I love Barclay but this book just frustrated me.
