Not in that case - but that's not to do with freedom of speech which is what you claiming was fundamentally different. We don't eat GM either.
Nor in the case of speech. Both counties allow for some forms of free speech and gun ownership. But to suggest that both countries have the same laws or freedoms in regards to speech or gun ownership is just silly. The article I posted laid out the differences. It's not saying one is better than the other but just explaining how different countries handle offensive speech. You might learn something by reading it. None of us are harmed by being exposed to new information now are we?
