I've only ever steamed them and tossed them in butter, gorgeous things. They used to be called 'flower sprouts'.

I love homemade soups, crusty bread with thick butter! ..... tomato and lentil is one of my favourites.... any thick hearty ones tbh.... can’t stand watery soups, what’s the point? ..... bit like dropping some veg in a bowl of warm piss!
