Slow-Cooked Lamb Shank with a Redcurrant and Port gravy, Runner Beans and Carrots, Potato and Parsnip Mash with a V-bit of snipped Chive. Chocolate Sponge Pud with Custard for afters and a bottle of Magyar Bulls Blood.

I made a chicken curry tonight, was a bit bland at first, so just kept randomly adding various spices, more curry powder, peppercorns, more cream, a little seeded mustard, some flaked almonds.... it turned out delicious :wubbers: .... trouble is it’ll never turn out the same again! :mrgreen:
