As for my dishwasher, I love love love love love it. It is my favourite labour saving appliance and I would never be without it.

I’ve never understood the attraction for dishwashers tbh, dirty pots sat in it waiting for more to be added until it’s full enough to switch on! :dunno: .... in the time alone it takes to rinse and stack it after a meal, I can have washed, dried and put it all away.... how much more simple can it be? :dunno: .... I prefer the extra cupboard space rather than some machine for a task that is menial anyway... it’s hardly a washing machine! :gigglesnshit:

you don't leave them until they're full, you just put the dirty dishes in and set it off. a dishwasher uses less water than you put in a sink to wash them by hand.

No they don’t.

Of course they don’t

Just Googled it and it appears that dishwashers use less than doing them by yourself.

I don't have one and can't see me ever needing one tbh. Sister never washes dishes unless it's maybe crystal glasses.

Bit overkill, IMO. Unless you've got a medical condition that leaves you with no choice.

Overkill?
Being clean and feeling clean isn't a medical condition as far as I know. I also shower 2 to 3 times a day (depending on things such as weather/exercise or work) and throw the towel in the wash basket after each shower. It's no big deal to throw the linen in the washer, It's not like I'm heading down to the river to wash the stuff.
Also I pay someone to do the cleaning and she doesn't seem to mind the work.

You've got to scrub all of the shit off first and there's cleaning the fucking things...

You have up to 3 showers a day and use a fresh towel each time? I'd call this OCD tbh even if you do pay someone....not that I believe any of it :gigglesnshit:

Or you could say ... fair play to him for not caving in to pressure from anyone trying to dictate how his forum - which he pays for - should be run.

I think he's probably too immersed in the Brexit shambles, to be arsed with the juvenile antics of a bunch of petulant brats anyway.
