Ghetto doesn't have to be a slum area. It could be any culture or religion and not necessarily foreign(from abroad) people as you call them.

Ajay Jagota resigned as chair of the South Shields Conservative association in January, criticising the party’s failure to deal with his allegation.

In a letter to Lewis copied to Theresa May, Jagota said he had been subjected to “racist comments”, and despite raising the issue several times he had not had a response.

The party I was proud of seemed to want to brush my case under the carpet. What is that if not institutional racism?

Theresa May famously once said “they call us the nasty party”. If my experience reflects how we handle serious complaints, it wouldn’t be unfair to call it the racist party.
