It was a Mughlai spread...5 types of kebabs... (Cheese malai tikka,green pahadi kebabs,reshmi tikka,chicken seekh kebabs and a red spicy lahori tikka)

Assortment of breads and naans...

Also some haleem and nihari and 3 types of sweet dishes and Dates and fruits... :thud:

BBQ tonight. I’m having halloumi with rose harissa and some
Chicken with zatar seasoning. Kids are having budgies and corn on the cob.

I’m having some vodka with rose syrup and lemonade to go wirh my halloumi.
