I doubt that a minor recession in Germany will have much effect on them.

They have a superbly robust economy, well run and managed, they have a strong currency and low interest rates.

They also sell stuff that the world actually wants.

Quite a contrast to the UK then - we will be deep in recession by Christmas if current forecasts are anywhere near right.
