You are undoubtedly a very good man, and I am sorry that we have to disagree more than often but you do spout a lot of shit.

However in the final analysis this place would be poorer without you.

TBH it's the noise that bothers me the most. I know it wont hurt, but last time I had a tooth out I could hear the cracking and 'squeaking' of the tooth as it was extracted which gave me the heebie jeebies

I've got a couple of teeth that the hygienist has to use the hand scraper for, the sound of that sets me off as well

I had one of mine out recently and it was no bother.
Took two seconds and I was instantly out of pain. Had a spot of a jaw ache but nothing requiring paracetamol or anything.

The worst bit is the numbing needle in the roof of the mouth. Gave me the heebs but worth it to get the little cunter out.
