US-PURCHASED WEAPONS IN HANDS OF ISIS IN YEMEN: INVESTIGATION

US government-purchased weapons are appearing in the hands of ISIS terrorists in Yemen, according to an investigation published by Dilyana Gaytandzhieva on September 1st.

It all started with her receiving documents from an anonymous source from the Serbian companies Krusik and Jugoimport SDPR. These included internal emails, memos, contacts, delivery schedules and specifically packing lists, with their lot numbers of weapons and the buyers.

Some of the documents include scanned passports of arms dealers and US, Saudi Arabia and UAE government officials. According to the information gathered from the documents, these individuals have been allegedly involved into trafficking 3 million pieces of Serbian-made mortar shells and rockets over the last three years.

The lot number of the Serbian weapons, the mortal shells in the hands of the ISIS terrorists could be traced to their original buyer – the US government.

The Saudi-led intervention in Yemen is a war that has led to one of the worst humanitarian crisis, with 24 million people in urgent need of assistance and protection.

All of this was delivered to ISIS under the cover of NATO Operation Resolute Support.

“On 3 April 2018 Jugoimport SDPR (the exporter) sent an e-mail to Krusik (the arms manufacturer) to confirm a shipment on a Silk Way West Airlines flight 7L9632 on 15 April 2018 to the destination Belgrade-Kabul-Baku. Jugoimport SDPR sent three packing lists so that Krusik prepare the shipment. The three packing lists were for the lots 04/18., 06/18, and 07/18 (10,500 pcs., 2,406 pcs., and 2,920 pcs. of mortar shells 82 mm M74 HE respectively). Alliant Techsystems LLC is indicated as the consignee of the weapons.”

The company that transported the shipments was Silk Way, which Dilyana had already investigated in the past. It was allegedly transporting weapons under the guise of diplomatic flights.

The mortar shells featured in the Islamic State video in Yemen were shipped on a Silk Way flight Belgrade-Kabul booked for May 8th 2018.

Separately, a total of approximately 40,000 pieces of 82 mm mortar shells HE were transported on four Silk Way flights in May 2018 with the end user being the Afghan National Police. These were also purchased by Alliant Techsystems LLC (ATK) on behalf of the US Department of the Army under a $81.5 million US federal contract W52P1J16D0058-0006.

AIRLINE INVOLVED IN WEAPONS DELIVERIES TO ARMED GROUPS IN SYRIA CONTINUES CARGO FLIGHTS TO CONFLICT ZONES IN MIDDLE EAST, CENTRAL ASIA

In 2017, a Bulgarian investigative journalist, Dilyana Gaytandzhieva, reported that at least 350 “diplomatic” Silk Way Airlines (an Azerbaijani private company) flights transported weapons for war conflicts across the world over the last 3 years. The airline exploited a loophole in the international aviation and transport regulations to offer flights to arms manufacturers and private companies – with much of the cargo heading for known terrorist enclaves in Syria, and also to other conflict zones including Central Asia and Africa. Under the International Air Transport Association (IATA) regulations, the transport of military cargo by civil aircraft is not allowed. To get around this legality, Silk Way Airlines applied for diplomatic exemption for aircraft and their cargo (diplomatic charter flights), through local agencies to transport heavy weapons, ammunition, and white phosphorus across the world to several war zones such as Iraq, Afghanistan, Pakistan, and Syria, as well as to African countries like Congo and Burkina Faso.

The leaked documents show that more than 20 Silk Way flights could have potentially carried arms from manufacturers in Central and Eastern Europe for Middle Eastern states on behalf of non-state actors fighting in Syria. If the documents were, in fact, accurate it would also corroborate an investigation by the Balkan Investigative Reporting Network and the Organized Crime and Corruption Reporting Project (BIRN/OCCRP) into the illicit arms trade between Europe and Syria. That report also implicated Silk Way.

2012 Defense Intelligence Agency document: West will facilitate rise of Islamic State “in order to isolate the Syrian regime”

On Monday, May 18, the conservative government watchdog group Judicial Watch published a selection of formerly classified documents obtained from the U.S. Department of Defense and State Department through a federal lawsuit.

While initial mainstream media reporting is focused on the White House’s handling of the Benghazi consulate attack, a much “bigger picture” admission and confirmation is contained in one of the Defense Intelligence Agency documents circulated in 2012: that an ‘Islamic State’ is desired in Eastern Syria to effect the West’s policies in the region.

Astoundingly, the newly declassified report states that for “THE WEST, GULF COUNTRIES, AND TURKEY [WHO] SUPPORT THE [SYRIAN] OPPOSITION… THERE IS THE POSSIBILITY OF ESTABLISHING A DECLARED OR UNDECLARED SALAFIST PRINCIPALITY IN EASTERN SYRIA (HASAKA AND DER ZOR), AND THIS IS EXACTLY WHAT THE SUPPORTING POWERS TO THE OPPOSITION WANT, IN ORDER TO ISOLATE THE SYRIAN REGIME…”.

The DIA report, formerly classified “SECRET//NOFORN” and dated August 12, 2012, was circulated widely among various government agencies, including CENTCOM, the CIA, FBI, DHS, NGA, State Dept., and many others.

The document shows that as early as 2012, U.S. intelligence predicted the rise of the Islamic State in Iraq and the Levant (ISIL or ISIS), but instead of clearly delineating the group as an enemy, the report envisions the terror group as a U.S. strategic asset.

While a number of analysts and journalists have documented long ago the role of western intelligence agencies in the formation and training of the armed opposition in Syria, this is the highest level internal U.S. intelligence confirmation of the theory that western governments fundamentally see ISIS as their own tool for regime change in Syria. The document matter-of-factly states just that scenario.

Forensic evidence, video evidence, as well as recent admissions of high-level officials involved (see former Ambassador to Syria Robert Ford’s admissions here and here), have since proven the State Department and CIA’s material support of ISIS terrorists on the Syrian battlefield going back to at least 2012 and 2013 (for a clear example of “forensic evidence”: see UK-based Conflict Armament Research’s report which traced the origins of Croatian anti-tank rockets recovered from ISIS fighters back to a Saudi/CIA joint program via identifiable serial numbers).

The migrant crisis which causes so much angst in the EU can be directly traced back to this behaviour from the west. (US/UK/France). The knock on effect of housing, services and cheap labour are due to the west's warmongering and regime changes.

Diverting attention, muddying the waters and labelling anything exposing it as CT's or fake news means the murder and mayhem from the Anglo-American empire continues uninterrupted and without expose for what is truly happening.

Erdogan Breaks Silence: Says the US Sent 30,000 Truckloads of Weapons to Syria

Turkish President Tayyip Erdogan has called out the US for delivering more than 30,000 weapon-laden trucks to Syria to support the PKK-linked People’s Protection Units (YPG) terrorist group, reported Press Tv.

Speaking at the Justice and Development Party’s meeting in Eskişehir, a city in northwestern Turkey, Erdogan said he wouldn’t sit back in the shadows anymore about a superhighway of weapons supplied by the US, amounting to more than 30,000 truckloads of weapons, equipment, and ammunition to northern Syria to support YPG terrorists.

Erdogan further criticized the Trump administration for its “lack of commitment” to construct a safe zone in Syria along the Turkish border. He added that he would “sort out” the issue with President Trump at a meeting later this month.

“We must resolve this … There are differences between what is said and what has been done,” Erdogan said.

Washington and Ankara have been at odds with one another of who should control northeast Syria, where YPG terrorist and other Kurdish militias have had the luxury of receiving American weapons.
