Jacket potato with butter, tuna and coleslaw, cherry toms and mixed green leaf salad drizzled with garlic olive oil and grated parmesan on top!

Went to the cinema this afternoon for It: Chapter 2 so we had McD's beforehand.

I had a lovely late pub lunch with family, so no cooking tonight.... I may have a crisp butty soon! :twirl:

Yeah, I love it. :wubbers:

We have it quite often, cooked from scratch. Stepson is making it tonight.

Lamb stew today.
For some reason mum always cooks it over 2 days.
Day 1 is just for boiling & softening the meat.
Day 2 she adds root vegetables, celery, leeks, onions plus a few spuds to thicken it. [ skims off the solid layer fat first, a good couple of inches of it]
Delish!!!

Me, I do it all in one go, get it over with. :grub:

Something simple.... we had a lovely breakfast out overlooking lakes with ducks and swans sunbathing nearby.... and then lunch and wine elsewhere after some serious shopping! :wubwub:
