I tried to change it, obviously failed so turned the setting off so I don't see any at all. am useless these days :roll:

I think that's it fixed again, i'll attempt to change it over the next few days, I need to relearn some stuff like how to upload and post images etc. I should get pissed really, I could do anything when rat-arsed LoL :mrgreen:

I am fine thanks. Recently diagnosed with coeliac disease which means I can't have gluten in my diet. It's a ruddy minefield as even labels on food are highly misleading. Also I have a hiatus hernia, which fortunately shows me no symptoms. I.E. part of my intestines is going into my lungs. Food costs me from around 25% more to 300 % more. However after reaching 60 my prescriptions are free. It's good to be back and hi to my friends from here and Smeggy's!

It is a minefield on weight loss food as well, I believe they do it to confuse us, to is easy for them to rob the ailing.
