Anybody big as a house due to lockdown?

Come on girls. A few of us are tipping the scales in a way we would not like due to the working from home / lockdown.

Is it impacting on your self esteem?

My wife and I are fitter than we have ever been, as drinks and dinner with friends has been replaced with some serious training. We swim in the sea every morning, well, OK, not this morning as you could swim just as well on the prom in this wind, but running and cycling too. I haven't changed weight much, my wife has lost 4 Kg, she wasn't overweight before.

I had a cross trainer but gave it away. I've lost and gained then lost a few pounds here and there. I run after 2 yr olds, that's my fitness regime taken care of.

We’re all so used to people being bigger these days its easy to forget what weight people should be. My wife is 5ft 6 and 8st 4 in old money. Her bmi is inside the normal range, not too thin.

Old boy Roy has put on a quite a bit of pudding since we got him to cook proper food, he eats mainly pork, lamb and rabbit, spuds and greens, some beef.
He has his customary drinks at the pub noon and evening.
He does quite a bit of manual work or he would be fatter.

I am 15 stone, the same as my last fight, I should lose a bit really.
