Come on girls. A few of us are tipping the scales in a way we would not like due to the working from home / lockdown.

8 stone, my youngest is around 7 and a half stone, she's tiny.

We’re all so used to people being bigger these days its easy to forget what weight people should be. My wife is 5ft 6 and 8st 4 in old money. Her bmi is inside the normal range, not too thin.

Yeah, most I’ve been is 8st 5lb.... my jeans just hate that extra 5lb!
