Why would you ruin the thought of my christmas trifle for me? Its one of the few things I look forward to... though sourcing eggs could be an issue this year. Wonder if it would work with frozen eggs?

Before my time, don't think I've ever in seen powdered eggs. Custard always goes badly wrong if I try it with Birds, it actually crumbled one year.
