Remember 'Front line services will not be affected by cuts'

Patients needing physiotherapy on the NHS are facing waits of more than six months, a report warns.

This is because budgets for physio services have been slashed, the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy said.

The delays mean patients’ conditions are deteriorating, leading to more re-admissions to hospital and higher long-term costs for the NHS and social care.

Cheers Dave

Apparently there is a shortage of some 5,000 midwives in the NHS, shame there aren't 5,000 midwifery jobs to match them with.

They didn't need to cut services where this is concerned, the jobs never existed in the first place. .

Having been in charge when UK Plc was derailed the government of the time drew up a massive list of cuts and stealth tax rises that were to stay under lock and key and be kept secret until Gordon Brown had secured an election victory. Sadly for him,but not so for us,his uncharismatic egotistical inept leadership served to ensure his party lost far too many seats in the election that followed and he subseqently resigned.
The opposition parties, who had no real appreciation of the "Broon Cuts Files",had to adopt a lot of what was in those files upon the instructions of the permanent cabinet secretaries once they arrived in office as a coalition, given their own election pledges were unworkable because there was simply no money left.
It is all very well trumpeting the failures of this coalition government but to be fair they were not in the drivers cab when this country was derailed and they quickly had to tear up their own pledges, and look like a bunch of liars when doing so,and you know that.
So do pipe down a bit son.
Also you seem to like harping on about lower tax receipts, so I would ask you what happened to all the unexpected tax receipts in the world wide boom because it would have been prudent would it not for Broon to save for a rainy day? Most people, upon receiving a bonus or an unexpected gift money-wise tend to save it. Why did Broon opt to spend it all instead.
You forget that even though Labour cannot be held responsible for the world economy crashing they could have save for a rainy day but they did not do so. Now why is that son?
You want your cake and eat it? Well I am sorry but being realistic you simply can't.

which cunts destroyed the economy and are they the same cunts which fund a certain party?

How could they save for a rainy day when they inherited a 400 billion deficit in 1997?

My old mate Cannydc will be frowning and wondewring how he can respond to your perfect and accurate response......he will be searching and googling for a reply........But unfortunatley Labuorites have never seen anything wrong with Blair or Browns actions while they were in government.........A sad time for the country...when that Labour lot were in power......And we this country...is suffereing badly ....due to their over spending and losing sight .....of what they should have been watching....the countries pennies......

Is this Roc1, Roc2, Roc3, Roc4 or Roc5 ?

Anyway, it matters not, I won't reply to 'guests', especially those who deem themselves old enough to call a 57 year old man 'son'....

Just to say the idiot came up with this gem, Roc ....... "the government of the time drew up a massive list of cuts and stealth tax rises that were to stay under lock and key and be kept secret until Gordon Brown had secured an election victory"

And yet, somehow, these 'top secrets' seem to have ended up in his posession !!

He must be anothe of Liam Fox's 'mates' :wubwub:
