So Adam and Eve are not human and the killing Able was the wiping out of an entire species. We know that life can withstand extremes of hot and cold as we have examples on earth and scientific experiments shows that life can survive in very hostile conditions. The problem that the other potential places in our soloar system have is did they have the right conditions and ingredients for life to evolve in the first place, alas we may never know. I am of course discounting a supernatural being creating life in more than one place in the solar system and discounting alien spaceships landing and dropping of a little bit of life for a laugh.
